Sketchy Colors #197

Sunday again, and time for a new challenge.
This week we have a colorchallenge for you to play with.
We want to see your creations in brown, orange and yellow.
 All three colors have to dominate your creation, in order for you to be eligible to win this weeks prize.

My two first christmascards in February

In case my Knitting needle box didn't get approved by the other Dt's (I streched the sketch pretty much) I made a christmas card, using the sketch to have as back up .... dah, actually I made two back up cards, using the sketch, I couldn't deside wether to use craft cardstock or white bazzill. So therefor.... Two cards.

Tadaa, my first two in february are done....
I have used Pion Designs Wintertime in swedish lappland, the blue sheets (love them, and it is very hard to cut in them)
Silver stickles around the white one, and platinum stickles around the craft card.
Now it's bedtime !!!

Sketchy Colors #196

Sunday again... Time for a new challenge from us in Sketchy Colors.
This week we have a sketch challenge for you to play with (scroll down for the sketch)
This time I made a box for keeping your knitting needles in one place. I made it out of an empty pringles box, and this is how it turned out

 The "front"
 Here you can se half of the sketch, I just added a few more flowers..
And here's the other half of the sketch..
 The lid, decorated with a lot of flowers, I've written out "knitting needle case" on my computer, and the sentiment are from Stempelglede.
I glued the lace on before the paper, to cover all of the plasticlid.  
 Inside of the lid, with a beautiful text ...

Stamps: Sentiment from Stempelglede, text from Kort og Godt.
Image: From a cut out sheet (don't remember witch one)
Papers: Pink Bazzill Cardstock
DP's: Maja Designs Sofiero series
Tools: Spellbinders labels twenty eight, Magnolia heartswirl, leaves from Memorybox, quick cuts and McGill pine punch.
Embellishments: Flowers from Prima, Woc and I am roses. Lot's of laces from Turkey, pink ribbon from Ribbon Girl, Bling swirl fom Prima. Charms from ebay and Korthobby. Brad and halfpearl from Kort og Godt.
Other: I used silver stickles around some of the edges, and sprayed it all with tattered angels chalkspray, color chalk.
Thats it...

Sketchy Colors #195

Since I'm in the christmasmood (haven't packed away my christmasembellishments and DP's yet) I made a Christmascard.

Other: I sprayed a lot of Tattered Angels Chalkboard "chalk" on the card. Love the way it dries up....immediately.... I distressed all the DP and craft-edges with valnut stain
