Sunday again and time for a new challenge from Sketchy Colors.

This week we have a sketch made by Lena, it's gorgeous...

My card this week is a weddingcard.
My sister are going to a wedding (yesterday), and the bride are supposed to have pink shoes, that's why I used a lot of pink on this one.
And of course, it's an easelcard (to have on the gift-table)

Embellishments: Bling from Storyteller
Medium: Silver embossingpowder.
Other: Iv'e stamped one heart on vellum, and cut out one heart distressed with festive berries and glued it on with 3D stickers.
All the edges (without the pink panel) are sanded.

Gullet mitt.....

12.august var det 10. år siden gullet til tante ble født.

Jeg var med på fødselen, fikk beskjed kl. 06.30 på morgenen, leverte Emilie hos Mamma, fylte diesel 06.35, og var i Haugesund kl.08.00 (normalt kjører jeg den turen på 1t og 45min) så det gikk ganske fort utover. 

Når ho var født, så var det jeg som fikk æren av å klippe navlestrengen. (det husket jeg ikke før jeg så at jeg hadde blod på t-skjorta mi på ett bilde de hadde tatt, stort å være med på)

Selvsagt må jo tante lage noe spesielt til gullet sitt.

Denne gang ble det en gavepose, som jeg har pyntet med et par bilder som er tatt av ho i sommer..

 Forsiden....( jeg trodde det var 11. år, har byttet til 10. år på den ho fikk)

I've made a birthdaycard for a girl. She's 4 years, 4. september.
I dug deep down in my DP's and found theese from Basic Grey, perfect color and very old *lol*

Dogs

Two very serious cases in two days, but this is also important, VERY IMPORTANT...

The longstanding campaign aims to raise awareness of the consequences of treating dogs as gifts or toys. Every year hundreds of thousands of children plead for the latest fad or top toy on the market, only to discard them a few weeks after Christmas when the novelty wears off. Unfortunately, the same perception is also apparent with dogs. We are continually seeking to change this.

"A dog is for life, not just for Christmas".

Help her family to find Sigrid!

Jeg pleier ikke å legge inn innlegg som dette på bloggen min, men i dette tillfellet må jeg bare.

Jeg håper så inderlig at de finner henne, selvsagt i god behold, er ikke det mulig, så får jeg håpe hun blir funnet uansett, sånn at den stakkars familien kan få fred. 

Emilie er 16. år nå, og jeg orker ikke engang å tenke på hvor forferdelig dette må være.  

Spre dette, kanskje vi kan være til hjelp...

16 år gamle Sigrid Schjetne kom aldri hjem natt til søndag 5 august.

Mange mange frivillige leter nå etter Sigrid, og engasjementet for å hjelpe til er stort!

Vi oppfordrer alle dere med blogger av forskjellige slag om å legge dette som toppbilde, slik at vi får spredd dette ut til alle våre blogglesere!

My card this week.

A colleague at work has a father in law, who's 70 years. She wanted a card for him.

So I made it a little vintage.

I've used my Mac to edit the pictures, add a "frame", sharpen the picture etc.. 

What do you think ???

I love to make them when people order a card from me. They make a wonderful decoration on the gift-table
