Whiff of Joy Guest Design Team call

Whiff of Joy are looking for new guest designers.
It took a while, but I desided to give it a shot.

I made this "card" for someone very special, no name, just in case....

I love this stamp, she's been my favourite this spring/summer. I've colored her with Distress Ink refills, mainly dusty concorde. The flowers are from Papirloftet and Prima, and I've used a ribbon i two tones of lilac.
The sentiment says: Have a nice day.

The card is made of 4 matchboxes, glued them on thick carton, decorated them with Tim Holtz fastenaters, and stamped some sentiments in the drawers, f.ex. Big hugs from all of us.

Ive used one of Stempelglede's Grunge collection Stamp to decorate the top, and distressed all the edges with dusty concorde.

Here's a look from the side, as you can see I've used Tim Holtz fastenaters as "legs" too.
You can also see how I glued the card on the top.

Open the card and there is a poem in norwegian, and room for your/my personal greetings.
I've used bling from Basic Grey.

In addition to all the thing I have mentioned, I used:
Bazzil paper in two tones of lilac.
The Patterned paper is from Maja Design.
Spellbinders, classic ovals and scalloped ovals.
Cuttlebug embossing folder, happy birthday.
OK, think I got it all.

I tried to translate the poem to english. Here it comes:

Yesterday is nothing but a dream,
and tomorrow only a vision.
But today lived to the fullest,
makes every yesterday
to a happy dream,
and every tomorrow to a
vision full of hope.
Therefore, cherish this day.
